Presents findings of a monthly survey of the activity and intentions of over 200 UK commercial property developers. The Total Commercial Development Index rose to -15.5 in March, up from -20.4 in February. Although firms in the UK Commercial Property sector are still pessimistic about the outlook over the next three months, levels of pessimism were at their lowest for 13 months.
