Permanent and transitory components in local housing market dynamics [electronic resource] - London RICS 2009 - RICS Findings in Built and Rural Environments .

Looks at the movement of house prices in Aberdeen over a 23 year period to assess the most important economic factors which affect house prices, and how these factors impact on low, medium and high price neighbourhoods. Suggests that not all housing areas within the city behave in the same way, although there are some common trends, and that the gap between the richest and poorest housing market areas within the city appears to be growing.
