Presents the results of the BCIS e-tendering survey for 2009. The previous survey was done in 2006. Compares the answers from the 2006 survey sample to the full 2009 survey sample. Finds that there is an increase in the use of electronic transfers and of physical media to distribute electronic tenders as well as concerns about costs. Etendering service was discontinued in 2014.
