Finds that three of the five most expensive office markets are in Asia (Tokyo's inner central district, Hong Kong's Central area and Tokyo's outer central district). Tokyo's inner central district tops the list with an occupancy cost of $183.62 per square feet, followed by London's West End at $172.62 per square feet. Reports that year-on-year occupancy costs were 2.8% lower worldwide than in 2008.
