Reports that the European Investment Market Index continues to fall, however the rate of decline has slowed, with Q2 2009 showing a drop of 14%, the smallest fall since Q1 2008. The Prime Rent Index also saw a drop in Q2 2009, and the European Office Take-up Index also fell by a further 6%.
