Presents an overview of the UK market for the month of July 2009. Reports that total returns for UK commercial property were positive in July for the first time in two years. Capital values increased by 0.2%, and retail warehouses were once again the best achieving sub-sector. All Property rental values are still declining, although they fell by only 0.4% in July, the lowest rate of decline this year.
