Reports that demand is still low, and availability is increasing. In H1 2009, take-up was 1.9m sq ft, a 13% increase on H2 2008, however the regional picture is very varied. National availability had risen to 13m sq ft by June 2009, an increase from 11m sq ft in June 2008. Average business park rents are expected to fall by 11.5% in 2009.
