Amend the Building Regulations 2000. Modify regulation 17K to provide an updated reference to the document "The Water Efficiency Calculator for New Dwellings", omit regulation 22A, add to the list in Schedule 2A, and add a saving preserving the extension of time limit for the prosecution of certain contraventions when occurred before 22nd September 2008. Comes into force on 1st October 2009.
