The Scottish Planning Policy (SPP) and National Planning Policy Guideline series is being consolidated into one draft consolidated SPP, which published in draft form on 1 April 2009 (see E147107). Since then various pieces of legislation have been passed, and this statement sets out the proposed policy changes which result from this. Deadline for comments is 12 November 2009.
