The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Amendment No.2) (England) Regulations 2009 [electronic resource] - London OPSI 2009 - SI 2009: 2711 .

These Regulations amend the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (S.I. 1990: 1519), by making English Heritage responsible for compiling lists of buildings of special architectural or historic interest, with the Secretary of State now only responsible for approving the lists. Comes into force on 2 November 2009.
