Reports that the amount of industrial floorspace available in Great Britain rose by 2.8% from January to June 2009, to reach 23.309 million m2 by the end of June 2009, however this was a slower increase than in H2 2008. In H1 2009, the largest increase in available floorspace was in Wales and the North-West, where supply rose by 7.6% and 7.5% respectively. Availability also rose in the North by 5.6%, and in Greater London by 5.3%. The East Midlands was the only area to see a drop in availability.
