In the summer of 2009 RICS set up a Forum to examine how rents are set in the Pub sector and how the rent review dispute resolution mechanism works in practice. The Forum put a particular emphasis on the relationship between PUBCOS and their tenants. This report sets out the conclusions and recommendations of the Forum and proposals for action by RICS.
