Presents the October 2009 CECA Workload Trends Survey results. The Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) reports that firms expect difficult conditions in the construction sector to worsen. Confidence decreased as half of all firms fear to experience even less work this time next year and only 9% of firms hope to see their workload increase.
