Finds that demand for rental property increased, but that new landlord instructions became negative for the first time since the beginning of 2008. Decline in rents is slowing and rental expectations are improving. Reports that the percentage of landlords planning to sell properties at the expiry of leases rose to 3.2% compared to 0.2% in January 2009.
