- London RICS 2010
- RICS Arts and Antiques Market Survey First Quarter 2010 .
The net balance of surveyors reported rising rather than falling prices edged up further in the first quarter with the All Lot price balance increasing from +17 to +22 (the highest reading since Q1 2008). This attrituted to a shortage of stock on the market. Out of the ten subsectors covered in the survey, only contemporary art one did not record a positive net balance during the latest three month period. Predicts that demand will outstrip supply over the next twelve months.
