Agreement for simple building works without complex building service installations or other specialist work. The contract can be used where the requirements for the contractor's design of discrete parts of the works are detailed by or on behalf of the employer and drawings bills of quantities, specifications or work schedules defining the quantity and quality of the work are provided. This form should only be used where there is a contract administrator and quantity surveyor to administer the conditions. It is suitable for projects which are to be carried out in sections, for private and local authority employers and where provisions are required to cover named specialists.
