Agreement for simple building works without complex building service installations or other specialist work. The contract can be used where fairly detailed contact provisions are necessary and the employer is to provide the contractor with drawings and bills of quantities, a specification or work schedules defining the quantity and quality of the work and where there is an architect/contract administrator and quantity surveyor to administer the conditions.
