Report surveyed 7000 individuals representing a wealth of organisations across the UK development industry and found all sectors are sceptical about some of the government policy objectives. 73% believe government plans for making all new housing zero carbon by 2016 are unrealistic. However, awareness of and importance attached to sustainability remain high with a clear majority in all sectors considering the sustainability agenda to be very or highly important.
