Amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 which grants planning permission for certain classes of development. Gives permitted development rights for dwellinghouses to be used as small scale houses in multiple occupation shared by three to six people without the need for a specific planning application; and makes a minor amendment to correct a reference in the procedure for making a direction to remove permitted development rights. Applies to England only. Comes into force on 1 October 2010.
