"Hillreed Land Ltd v Beautridge and others" ChD 11 March 1994. An option to buy land at prices determined by the grant of residential planning permission was not exercised and the land was sold by B to a third defendant. H sought to make the transaction but was refused by B on the grounds that the presumed permission had not come about and that the land in question was not sufficiently delimited in the agreement. Judgment for the defendants.
