Markets in emerging Asia and Latin America are leading the more developed economies such as the US, UK, Euro Area and Japan. China, Hong Kong, Brazil and Singapore are the strongest performers in the commercial property markets. Occupier markets in the majority of countries are firming with 70% of countries seeing a positive net balance from tenants. Rental expectations are increasing in just over one third of the countries. Significantly occupier recovery in the UK seems to be stalling.
