Seeks feedback on Office of Fair Trading (OFT) draft guidance for business about the application of common law to land agreements. This is in response to a change in UK competition law which from 6 April 2011 will make land agreements that prevent, restrict or distort competition void and unenforceable. OFT is inviting responses by 14 January and aims to publish final guidance later in 2011.
