Sets out an amendment to RICS Valuation Standards UK Appendix 1.5 Paragraph 7 in respect of accounting for depreciation. Deals with the identification of components and the apportionment process.The guidance is subject to ratification by the next Valuation Standards Board in December 2010 and is expected to be formally incorporated into the next revision of RICS Valuation Standards in 2011.
