Annual index reveals UK cities best placed to drive economic recovery. Identifies five cities to watch which have high potential to create private sector jobs. These are Milton Keynes, Reading, Aberdeen, Leeds and Bristol. The report also identifies five vulnerable cities which may not feel the benefits of economic recovery for some time and these are Sunderland, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Swansea and Newport.
