National results, regional results charts and chartered surveyor market comments; four key points are highlighted for Q4 2010, First, activity at the national level continued to drift lower; second, the national trend masks stark regional differences, with activity still falling heavily in Northern Ireland and Scotland, though rising slightly in London and the South East; third, there are some glimmers of hope offered by the private commercial sector, but crucially, there is still no evidence as yet of a broad based recovery in private sector workloads; finally, the activity, employment and profit margin outlooks remain negative.
