Criticises the current JCT insurance clauses, highlighted by the recent decision in Scottish Special Housing Association v George Wimpey Construction (UK) Ltd , HL 24 July 1986, see Abstract 36736, whereby it was held that JCT 63 clause 20(C) makes all damage from the named peril of fire, however caused, the sole risk of the employer .
