Land Registry Annual Report describes how difficult market conditions mean workloads have decreased by 13% but a number of challenging targets have been met including those on speed and accuracy and financial key performance indicators. Notes how the average number of staff has been reduced by 18.7% but this is due to deliver net savings of over £500m. The percentage of transactions delivered through electronic channels has increased to 70% of lenders using electronic discharges service and over 85% of preliminary services being delivered through the Land Registry Portal.
