These regulations came into force in October 2006 and offer guidance for farmers, other land managers and owners. They have been updated as part of Natural England's regular review of external guidance as part of the text has been amended to clarify some matters in the five years since the Regulations have been in force. Natural England is keen to receive feedback on the guidance which should be given by 14 October 2011.
