The report shows that although the rate of decline in SME workloads eased to its slowest rate for a year, construction workloads continued to decline in Q3 2011 and have now fallen in each of the 15 quarters commencing Q1 2008. The outlook for the remainder of the year remains pessimistic - although 24% of firms anticipate higher workloads, 35% expect workloads to fall during the final three months of the year.
