Construction output down by 1.3% in euro area [electronic resource]

In the construction sector, seasonally adjusted production fell by 1.3% in the euro area and by 1.0% in the EU in September 2011, compared with the previous month. In August, production decreased by 0.4% and 0.3% respectively. Compared with September 2010, output in September 2011 increased by 0.4% in the euro area and by 0.6% in the EU.
