Report examines the reasons and justifications for government cuts to Feed-in Tariffs (FITs) and argues there is justification for the scheme. It further calls on the government to develop a system to review and adjust FIT rates in an orderly and timely way while considering alternative energy efficiency requirements to the C rated energy efficiency standard. It is also critical of the government's management of the review arguing that is should have taken action earlier and describing the DECC's monitoring and take up of the scheme as deficient. Volume 1 contains the report, together with formal minutes, oral and written evidence and Volume II contains additional written evidence.
