From 6 April 2012, subject to Parliamentary approval, RIDDOR's over three day injury reporting requirement will change. This site provides information on RIDDOR which puts duties on employers, the self-employed and people in control of work premises (the Responsible Person) to report serious workplace accidents, occupational diseases and specified dangerous occurrences (near misses).
