Statistics in this release relating to the Code for Sustainable Homes show the number of dwellings that have been certified to the standards set out in the Code Technical Guide. Key points from the release include that there were 52 486 post construction stage certificates and 98 865 design stage certificates issued up to 31 December 2011 and 16 per cent of homes with post construction certificates and 26 per cent of those with design stage certificates have been built for the private sector.
