Key findings show that out of a total of 26.7 million homes in the UK 14.1 million had loft insulation (60% of homes with lofts), 11.2 million homes had cavity wall insulation (59% of homes with cavity walls) and 122 000 had solid wall insulation (2% of homes with solid walls).
