Proposes reforms to mobile home and caravan law, including to contractual rights and obligations between the parties to an agreement, criminal sanctions and local authority site licensing. These measures should ensure that responsible site operators can continue to operate as they do while rogue operators are tackled. The consultation is taking place over six rather than the usual 12 weeks and the closing date is 28 May 2012.
