Comments are invited on the report by a panel of independent experts who reported to DECC on the seismic events experienced in the Blackpool area during 2011 hydraulic fracturing operations at Preese Hall. Report makes recommendations to mitigate the risks of similar events in future fracturing operations. Responses should be sent, by 25 May 2012.
