Critises the Coalition Government for failing to meet its agreed housing objectives of housing supply, planning, overcrowding, homelessness, evictions, repossessions and arrears, help with housing costs, empty homes, mobility, affordability of private rented sector and homeownership. It is particularly critical of how it dealing with housing supply, affordability of the private rented sector and homelessness. Highlights the pressure the housing market is under and the need to increase the supply of new homes to meet demand both for rent and purchase.
