Document dated 13 November 1995 implementing the merger between the Society of Surveying Technicians (SST) and the Incorporated Society of Estates and Wayleaves Officers. The document is signed by the Presidents of both organisations, and the merger was to be effective from 1 January 1996. The SST subsequently joined RICS in 1998.
