Sets out the energy efficiency improvements which will qualify for Green Deal finance and the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) when the schemes launch later in 2012. Also describes other key elements of the measures framework which will ensure that products installed with Green Deal finance and ECO subsidy work as intended and will help companies who are launching new products access the scheme.
