Formerly known as English Housing Survey Housing Stock Report, outlines the results of the English Housing Survey (EHS) of homes in England for 2010. Profiles housing stock by age, dwelling type, tenure and area and looks at services and amenities in the home and location. Examines the total cost of disrepair to the housing stock and assesses occurrences of dampness and mould. Reports on how the housing stock meets the Decent Homes Standard as defined by the Housing, Health and Rating Safety System (HHSRS) 2006, looks at heath and safety and energy performance issues. English Housing Survey (EHS) started in April 2008, an amalgamation of the English House Condition Survey and Survey of English Housing.
