Enquiry levels are holding up in many cases but there is a healthy supply of good space in the market and little pressure on occupiers to commit. Improved activity is anticipated in H2 2012. Covers city centre and out-of-town markets in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool , Manchester, and Newcastle.
