Reports on industrial properties larger than 50 000 sq ft. Take-up rebounded in Q2 2012 to 8.1m sq ft after a disappointing Q1 2012, reaching the highest level for two years. Total available space fell by 6% from the previous quarter. Rental levels remained flat in Q2. Speculative development completing over the next 12 months rose to 950 000 sq ft, up from 800 000 sq ft in Q1. Q2 investment activity rose to £1.4bn.
