The slow start in the shopping centre market this year has continued through Q2 2012 with just seven deals transacted in the quarter. The average capital value of assets traded in Q2 has increased to £50.8m from £38.46m. The average initial yield in Q2 has increased to 8.7% from 8.3% in Q1 2012.
