Invites comments on the proposal to allow reconsideration of Section 106 planning obligations agreed in more buoyant market conditions. This was first proposed in the Government's housing strategy, 'Laying the Foundations: A Housing Strategy for England' (L154369). The consultation is aimed primarily at landowners, house builders and local authorities and the closing date for responses is 8 October 2012.
