UK house prices increased by 2.3% since June 2011 and by 0.5% between May and June 2012. The mix-adjusted average house price was £231 000 in June 2012 (not seasonally adjusted). Annual average house prices increased by 2.8% in England and decreased by 3.5% in 1% in Scotland and 11.9% in Northern Ireland. There was no change in Wales.
