Appendices A and B to the Rating Consultancy Code of Practice have been amended following the deferment of the next rating revaluation to 2017. The Code requires one or both of these appendices to be provided to clients as part of the written confirmation of the Terms of Engagement for Rating Consultancy advice, unless the instruction relates to work in Northern Ireland where Appendix C can be used and neither Appendix A or B is required.
