This standard is intended for the measurement of office buildings leased to single and multiple occupants on a rentable area basis. Uses two methods of measurement: the Legacy Method which calculates the rentable areas of the building and each floor level and Single Load Factor which uses base building circulation to redistribute the rentable area of the building across its floor levels to produce an identical load factor on all floor levels.
