Perception of quality as a constraint to the implementation of quality culture in Nigeria construction industry [electronic resource] - London RICS 2013 - COBRA 2013 .
A paper presented at the COBRA Conference in New Delhi on 10-12 September 2013. Assesses the perception of quality and constraints in the implementation of quality culture among construction organisations in the Nigerian construction industry. The findings revealed that perception of quality and lack of standardisation were highly considered as constraints while conformance to specification, customer satisfaction, elimination of defects and meeting contract requirement were rated strongly as the perception of quality among organisations.
