Consolidates the regulations concerned with General Permitted Development in England, as well as introducing a number of policy changes. The main purpose of this Order is to grant planning permission for certain classes of development without the requirement for a planning application to be made. The planning permissions granted are subject to some provisions, in particular where a development is Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) development or subject to certain regulations contained in the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010. Comes into force on 15 April 2015.
