The RICS Homebuyer Report Survey) 2016 does not include a valuation. If a valuation as part of the standard service clients should be advisd to commission an RICS HomeBuyer (Survey & Valuation) Service 2016 (L159308), which can only be undertaken by a surveyor who is a member of the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme Effective from 12 September 2016.
